The analog signal is continuous in time and it is necessary to convert this to a flow of digital values. It is therefore required to define the rate at which new digital values are sampled from the analog signal. The rate of new values is called the sampling rate or sampling frequency of the converter. A continuously varying bandlimited signal can be sampled and then the original signal can be reproduced from the discrete-time values by a reconstruction filter. The Nyquist–Shannon sampling theorem implies that a faithful reproduction of the original signal is only possible if the sampling rate is higher than twice the highest frequency of the signal.

So how do Facebook Exchange ads perform? The CTR for Facebook Exchange ads is 40% lower than for other web retargeting ads, like those offered by the Google Display Network. Other retargeting ads are also cheaper, with price per unique clicks costing 80% less than Facebook retargeting ads. Still, in terms of cost-per-impression and cost-per-click, FBX ads are considerably cheaper, so the monetary benefits depend on your business’s needs. These numbers are also subject to change as FBX ads begin to appear more often in the news feed.
Marketers and businesses have been noticing for a while that when calculating conversions from Facebook Ads (or any other ad platforms), the measurements given by the respective ad manager and analytics sites on each platform don’t quite match up with the numbers Google Analytics will show. Instead of saying “the Facebook Ads manager know best” (which I’ve heard a lot of people say), it’s best to ask why are they different and—most importantly—which is most accurate? Sponsored Stories seeks to capitalize on the “word of mouth” marketing concept. If a user sees that three of his friends like a certain page, he is more inclined to pay attention. The goal of Sponsored Stories is to have a user take the same action as their friends. Advertisers can choose to show friends “likes” if they want more page likes, show friends who have “claimed this offer” if a business wants more users to claim offers, etc.
This Facebook offer ad makes it obvious what customers would be signing up for when they click the "Sign Up" CTA button below the picture. Facebook supports multiple advertising types across Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network and Messenger. Each ad has two components: The format (what it looks like) and the placement (where it will be displayed). When you’re creating your ad, you may need to find specific info about the type of ad you’re creating, like what size your image should be or how many characters you can use.
The headline likely does exactly as intended — entices people to think about the ability of people to find their business online. This is extremely important for business owners with an online presence. The post text elaborates on this thought, asking prospects if their customers can find them online. By adding “when they need you most,” the company does a great job of playing off of people’s emotions.

Oversampling is typically used in audio frequency ADCs where the required sampling rate (typically 44.1 or 48 kHz) is very low compared to the clock speed of typical transistor circuits (>1 MHz). In this case, by using the extra bandwidth to distribute quantization error onto out of band frequencies, the accuracy of the ADC can be greatly increased at no cost. Furthermore, as any aliased signals are also typically out of band, aliasing can often be completely eliminated using very low cost filters.
Now you can require all new potential members to answer questions before joining, like “why do you want to join” or “how long have you been in the industry” and also (this is what we do on AdEspresso University, that is a customer only group) “what’s your customer email address so I can verify?”. This can help weed out bots or people who probably shouldn’t be in the group.
Exclamation marks FTW: Did you notice the exclamation mark at the end of the ad headline? That’s no coincidence. Exclamation marks make us more alert and attentive to messages. That being said, don’t abuse exclamation marks either. As New York Magazine’s The Science of Us writer Melissa Dahl pointed out, “The exclamation mark, once reserved for expressing joy or excitement, now simply marks baseline politeness.” In other words, hacks only work if you don’t overexploit them. Facebook Analytics can also tell you how long this process took, which gives you a good idea of the sales cycle time for your product or service. Why is this important? In Ads Manager, a view to conversion generally has an attribution window of 1 (default), 7, or 28 days. If your sales cycle is 38 days, Ads Manager won’t pick up that people from your ads have converted on your site. Only your event source groups can do that. How to Track Facebook Ads in Google Analytics [Using URL Parameters]

Using events, you can automatically create Custom Audiences based on actions people have taken in your app or on your website. You can then target them with relevant ads when they visit Facebook, Instagram and publishers within Audience Network. With Custom Audiences, you can add additional rules— like frequency, recency, time spent— to retarget people based on specific intent signals.

For JavaScript tracking codes, Facebook will automatically set the document origin of trackers to be the same as the resolved URL used to post or share the Instant Article. You have two options for setting your bid: automatic bidding, where our ad auction system will adjust your bid to acquire the most leads as possible with your budget, or manual bidding, where you decide on the value each lead. If you’re using manual bidding, it’s best to start with a bid that represents how much you value each lead. For example, if a lead is worth $5 to you, bid at least $5. Lower bids may reduce the number of people in your target audience who see your ad.
Being able to reliably track conversions is a big reason—and being able to choose what touch points you want to assign the most weight is also important. Being able to see not only that a Facebook Ad converted, but the entire path that is taking users to those conversions, can help increase your ROI and overall conversions of all types. Being able to track the path of the conversion can lead to a lot more in the future, and give you a good understanding of what your customers are looking for. That’s huge.
Do you want to make more specific audiences than just all traffic to your website? Facebook Campaign Budget Optimization is a way of optimizing the way a campaign uses budget across ad sets. Typically, an advertiser would set budgets at the ad set level. However, with Campaign Budget Optimization, Facebook will continuously and automatically find the best opportunities to achieve your designated objective across your ad sets and prioritize budget to the ad sets that are performing the best. This gives you less control as an advertiser but gives the system more control to use your budget efficiently. The one thing to be cautious of here, is that if there are campaigns that you need to get a certain level of attention, you will NOT want to use Campaign Budget Optimization. You will want to set the budget at the ad set level to ensure visibility. Google Tag Manager Facebook Conversion Pixel Tutorial For Beginners - How To Setup & Install

ADCs are required to process, store, or transport virtually any analog signal in digital form. TV tuner cards, for example, use fast video analog-to-digital converters. Slow on-chip 8, 10, 12, or 16 bit analog-to-digital converters are common in microcontrollers. Digital storage oscilloscopes need very fast analog-to-digital converters, also crucial for software defined radio and their new applications.

Quantization error is distributed from DC to the Nyquist frequency, consequently if part of the ADC's bandwidth is not used, as is the case with oversampling, some of the quantization error will occur out-of-band, effectively improving the SQNR for the bandwidth in use. In an oversampled system, noise shaping can be used to further increase SQNR by forcing more quantization error out of band. Facebook generally offers last-touch attribution (recording only users who saw your ad and immediately converted) as a data point in ads. We know this isn’t always the whole picture. The number one paid marketing mistake I see realtors (and everyone else) making on Facebook is using boosts over ads. Boosts are fine and can get a few extra likes or comments, but with Facebook ads, you can do so much more! Ads will only go to people who fit into the specifics you target. For example, I can aim for people with interests like “real estate.” Also, you can install the Facebook Pixel on your website which allows you to target either people who have visited your website or a lookalike audience. While you can’t see who those people are, you know they’re already looking at homes for sale or what you do for sellers! You can’t do that with postcard marketing, and it’s a fraction of the cost. Frequency: Frequency is how often someone saw your ad. An ideal frequency should vary depending on the type of ad you ran. If any of your ads have a very high frequency but low performance, it may be time to retire the ad.

One of the main purposes of employing social media in marketing is as a communications tool that makes the companies accessible to those interested in their product and makes them visible to those who have no knowledge of their products.[26] These companies use social media to create buzz, and learn from and target customers. It's the only form of marketing that can finger consumers at each and every stage of the consumer decision journey.[27] Marketing through social media has other benefits as well. Of the top 10 factors that correlate with a strong Google organic search, seven are social media dependent. This means that if brands are less or non-active on social media, they tend to show up less on Google searches.[28] While platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ have a larger number of monthly users, the visual media sharing based mobile platforms, however, garner a higher interaction rate in comparison and have registered the fastest growth and have changed the ways in which consumers engage with brand content. Instagram has an interaction rate of 1.46% with an average of 130 million users monthly as opposed to Twitter which has a .03% interaction rate with an average of 210 million monthly users.[28] Unlike traditional media that are often cost-prohibitive to many companies, a social media strategy does not require astronomical budgeting.[29]
It's valuable. Since the image was taken on a beautiful day, it looks like an ideal place to be -- especially to those of us viewing it from our office desks. It also clearly tells you the cost of the ticket so you know before you click. (This is also good for the advertiser: By including the price, the ad allows users to self-select based on whether they can afford the ticket. If they can't afford it, they won't click through, thus saving the advertiser money on unqualified clicks.) Universal App Campaign in Google Ads - Tutorial And Best Strategies 2019

By diving into the demographics of your current audience, you can figure out how to target like-minded users who will be interested in your product or service. If you are not constantly researching and refining your audience, you are going to miss the mark when it comes to creative and messaging. Knowing who you are speaking to is as important as how you speak to them.

This is happening to my Star Trek group. We can no longer add members, only invite them. I would like to know why it has changed. We have 14.3 K members but we can hardly grow anymore like we used to. It’s very infuriating and I’m thinking about archiving because it has kind of lost its appeal. It feels like we are out in a wasteland of sorts. We never get join requests, whereas we used to get a lot.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the Great Conversion Rate Optimization Fairy Tale. Once upon a time, a self-professed marketing guru told you it's really important that you optimize your site. They shared one example where the author changed the button color, or the font spacing, or the image. Lo and behold, the advertiser's conversion rate jumped by 2-7%.

I always feel that Facebook groups have a much higher organic reach than Facebook pages. If I publish a blog update on my facebook page the reach is very less. But If I publish a blog updated on a facebook group in my niche then I get a lot of reach and engagements as well. And I completely agree with the fact that facebook group helps in building a personalized connection with the users. How to make Youtube Thumbnail | Android | TUTORIAL *Tagalog

If you’re new to Facebook marketing, it can sometimes be misleading. There are so many strategies that can seem effective if not measured or monitored properly. One such idea is duplicating your post. Your news and blog posts are important to you, but posting or sharing exactly the same post two or more times on your page (often in rapid succession or within the same day or two), with nothing else in between, is just baffling for people who click on your page and scroll down through your posts. Find different ways to say the same thing instead.
All of your advanced reports, pixels, saved or custom audiences and other tools are available in the top left corner of the screen where it says “Ads Manager”. If you have access to your website's code, you can add the Facebook pixel yourself. Simply place the Facebook pixel base code (what you see when you create your pixel) on all pages of your website. Then add standard events to the pixel code on the special pages of your website, such as your add-to-basket page or your purchase page. If groups related to your business already exist, you should definitely get involved to keep an eye on the conversation, learn from what people are saying about you, and help provide the brand’s perspective. You might even uncover some potential ideas for new product development. (We’ll get into more detail about finding and joining existing groups below.) But you should also create your own official group as the brand-endorsed meeting place for fans on Facebook, so that you can grow those relationships in a context that gives you greater control. Optional. A string representing the URL (or resource) which receives the action. For example, if a user clicks the Like button on a page on a site, the the opt_target might be set to the title of the page, or an ID used to identify the page in a content management system. In many cases, the page you Like is the same page you are on. So if this parameter is undefined, or omitted, the tracking code defaults to using document.location.href. I have recently gotten into a lot of FB groups about local barters, yard sales, online sales, etc. I found so many locally that I thought it would be useful to me and to others to maintain a public list of all of this type of FB groups in my area. It’s also useful because the more people know about groups, the more may participate, and the more things I may be able to buy (or have more people to sell stuff to via those groups). But I don’t know whether to have a GROUP or a PAGE. I set up both — see links at the end of this comment. GOALS: I don’t need a lot of dialog with the page’s followers, but I do want people to be able to send me info when there’s a new group to add to my list, and I do want my page’s posts to show up in their news feeds and/or their notifications (not sure which is better for me). Do you have any thoughts on using a group vs. a page for my purposes? Or is this just a dumb idea? I want to have either a page or a group — but I set up both and plan to delete one of them. Here’s the PAGE: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Yard-Sales-and-Resales-Groups-Shelby-County-TN-North-MS/334342166725373. And here’s the GROUP: https://www.facebook.com/groups/692185934205683/
Show the before and after: If your product needs to be unpacked or prepared in some way or another, it makes a lot of sense to let people see both of these phases. Showcasing a closed subscription box or a pile of Legos could potentially arise a lot less powerful feelings than displaying the final result – a delicious meal, or a Star Wars Lego spaceship.

The upper copy is a little ambiguous. To me, the connection between “taking care of your needs” and operating an ecommerce business isn’t immediately obvious, but overall, this is another great example of how Facebook’s visual ads can fit well in users’ News Feeds, leverage aspirational messaging to great effect, and how brand continuity across multiple ads can be very compelling and effective.
Hi Anika, unfortunately you need to use a personal profile to message people or groups on Facebook. You could create a profile though as your business but the issue would be that people may use this to connect with you instead of your professional page! You can however definitely create an event via your business page and invite people to that, with no reference to your personal Facebook profile.
