I did not see anything about troubleshooting Facebook on this page. I administer two groups and cannot see either one. I have the same problem trying to load other groups that I have joined. There is either a totally blank page with nowhere to log in or an error message. I am trying to access through Google on a laptop computer. Thanks for any help.
Facebook Campaign Budget Optimization is a way of optimizing the way a campaign uses budget across ad sets. Typically, an advertiser would set budgets at the ad set level. However, with Campaign Budget Optimization, Facebook will continuously and automatically find the best opportunities to achieve your designated objective across your ad sets and prioritize budget to the ad sets that are performing the best. This gives you less control as an advertiser but gives the system more control to use your budget efficiently. The one thing to be cautious of here, is that if there are campaigns that you need to get a certain level of attention, you will NOT want to use Campaign Budget Optimization. You will want to set the budget at the ad set level to ensure visibility. Facebook Tracking Update! How To Setup Your Facebook Pixel & Custom Conversions. DIY Sales Funnel 7

We’ll use this an example to set up a goal. I’ve entered my site’s contact page as the destination goal. I’ve added an estimated monetary value of a conversion; this is not a requirement. I also created a funnel, which tracks the estimated path a user takes before converting. I’ve set tracking so that none of these steps are actually required to count the conversion. Facebook is evolving to focus more on building communities, and groups are the natural tools to help forge those new kinds of connections. One billion people already belong to Facebook groups. About 10 percent of those belong to groups that Facebook has identified as “very meaningful”—communities that “quickly become the most important part of someone’s experience on Facebook.” Are Millennials too old for Gen-Zs?
Remember how back in the old days of advertising (for sake of argument, let’s say five years ago), you had to actually research your audience, their likes and dislikes, challenges, needs, etc., before you created an ad? And then along came that ridiculous Oreo Super Bowl tweet and all of a sudden the concept of properly understanding your audience went out the window and “real-time” everything was in. Well, it doesn’t quite work that way if you want great performance from Facebook advertising. How To Turn Off Limit Ad Tracking On IOS 12! Fix Found! Greyed Out?
For the Facebook retargeting pixel to work, it needs to be installed on the back-end of all the relevant pages you want to track, create audiences, and remarket with. If you’re using Facebook ads to drive visitors to a click-through post-click landing page where you sell a course, you might want to install it on that page, the following checkout page, and the “thank you” page after that. Group 3: People who make it all the way through the checkout process to your “thank you” page. The Facebook pixel on your “thank you” page will add its visitors to another list, which you can exclude from your other targeting groups to ensure you’re not reaching people with Facebook ads for an offer they’ve already claimed. You can also create an entirely new campaign to cross-sell them on another course or add-on, or even use this group to create a lookalike audience of your ideal customer to find more people likely to purchase your product or service. It's valuable. Since the image was taken on a beautiful day, it looks like an ideal place to be -- especially to those of us viewing it from our office desks. It also clearly tells you the cost of the ticket so you know before you click. (This is also good for the advertiser: By including the price, the ad allows users to self-select based on whether they can afford the ticket. If they can't afford it, they won't click through, thus saving the advertiser money on unqualified clicks.) Conversion Tracking: A Facebook Ads Tutorial | Facebook for Business
Facebook retargeting campaigns can be used by nearly every Facebook advertiser with a Java-enabled website with steady traffic, but are best suited for online-based businesses, such as ecommerce. This is because online businesses typically have a high volume of site visitors, giving the advertiser a lot of insightful information from the Facebook Pixel.
Our goal was to measure Instant Articles’ impact on referral traffic from Facebook. If people viewed more Instant Articles in the A/B test, we would conclude the native app reading experience drove the increase in traffic. An article view is captured when an article link is tapped from a surface on Facebook and results in a page with content that can be viewed and consumed as an Instant Article or a mobile web article in the in-app browser. This does not include any subsequent taps within the Instant Article or the in-app browser

Video Ads have a GIF or video as the centerpiece of the advertisement, and can be used to demonstrate a product or event. This is something we learned the hard way. Facebook is interested in making sure you spend your ad budget every day. When you set a daily budget, Facebook will serve up your ad as often as it can. That means you may exhaust your budget early in the day and miss out on valuable impressions. For example, your ad may hit the East Coast at prime time, but you may exhaust your budget before people on the West Coast have even gotten home from work. A better way to structure your budget is to set a lifetime budget. This way, Facebook’s algorithm will plan on spreading out your ads more evenly throughout the period and you will get more consistent impressions.
No matter how good Facebook Ad’s analytics are, nothing quite beats Google Analytics when it comes to completely tracking and understanding conversions, all the way through from initial exposure and the path the user took before converting. The more you’re able to understand why conversions are happening, the more you’ll be able to optimize them, as well as seeing how each campaign fits into the bigger picture.
Facebook Pixel is part of Facebook’s advertising platform. Everyone with a Facebook account had access to this platform. To get it login to Facebook and select the Ads Manager. This will either be on the right under Favorites or in the down arrow drop-down menu under Manage Ads. In the Facebook Ads Manager select Tools and then Pixels. Next, click on the button that says Create a Pixel. This will give you the code you need to place into the header of your website.
Facebook generally offers last-touch attribution (recording only users who saw your ad and immediately converted) as a data point in ads. We know this isn’t always the whole picture. Sometimes people will see your ad, ruminate for a few days, and finally Google you and convert. Technically, they’re an organic search lead but in reality, they started as a paid social media lead. These people are lost to the Ads Manager reports.

I’d like to know about allowing group members sharing their events. Pros and cons. Does the group appear to endorse the events. Is there an easy way to moderate. Facebook makes it easy by placing a little green dot with the word “verified” next to your pixels when they are up and working. In order for them to register as verified, all you have to do is visit a page where they are placed and then check again in Facebook. As long as someone has visited a page where your pixels are placed within the last 24 hours, they will show as verified when you’re in the pixel section (audience or conversion) of Facebook.

***REMEMBER: You will not MARKET to this entire page in the future (make sure to ONLY target your specific country in boosted posts, etc. ads targeting your Facebook page users). EXAMPLE: I am a brand that targets people in the UK. I build my page clout to 10,000 likes for under a $0.01 per like with Thailand page like ads only. I will know in the future as new people like my page, these are organic likes (most likely because of my content, SEO, and page like clout). So in future ads targeted at my page followers/likers (via the Connections option under the Ad Set level), I will only target my countries of choice (i.e. the UK), therefore excluding these original cheap likes/Thailand people unlikely to purchase my UK specific product.
An event could be a like, page view, message received, reply to a conversation, or even an Add to Cart action on your site (if you’ve installed the Facebook pixel). This can also include Facebook live chats installed on your website. First Look at Facebook Analytics and Auto Pixel Events
